Commercial Network

The Sales Force of Beautimport, strongly motivated, reliable and perfectly coordinated, connects the company strategies to develop the brands in portfolio with the different channels of distribution.

Beautimport Sales Force covers the whole Italian territory from north to south including islands, working daily on guaranteeing the sell-in. At the same time, a team of Beauty Consultants tours around all the perfumery stores working on the sell-out by explaining the products to the consumers and by promoting actively the brand.

Beautimport manages trade-marketing, merchandising and communication activities, both on-line and off-line of the brands distributed. 

Training

At Beautimport, training - both for sales staff and retailers- is performed by an expert biologist and cosmetologist and is carried out as soon as the initial order is done.

In-store product experience is highly important, especially when it comes to skin care, but also for luxury fragrances. Beautimport plans in-store events/Beauty days with its Beauty Consultants team for all those clients who request such service.

Brands in Beautimport’s portfolio are the result of careful market research, direct knowledge of the international business, distribution experience throughout the national territory and cosmetic expertise.

Over the years, Beautimport launched and consolidated the distribution in Italy of many prestigious brands among them Chanel, Rochas, Terme di Saturnia, Tiffany & Co, Peter Thomas Roth and many others. Beautimport distributed Terme di Saturnia skin care line internationally to Europe, USA, Asia.

Customer Care

After-sales service is a must and Beautimport guarantees an on time and fast assistance to all clients.

Sales Representatives in their areas, as well as  Beautimport  Sales Department, are able to provide assistance at any time regarding orders in progress, delivery of merchandise or any other requested update.

Logistica
